Essex Police responded to the scene at 22:45 BST on Friday, discovering her with severe injuries. Emergency responders worked tirelessly to stabilize her condition, but she was later declared deceased on-site, according to the police force.

The incident has prompted the arrest of a 37-year-old man from Dunmow, who is suspected of allowing his dog to act aggressively and cause fatal harm.
